EVERYONE IN THE AMAZON HAS DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES OF THE NATIVES WHICH ARE THE INDIANS. THE PEOPLES PERSPECTIVES THAT IM GOING TO BE DISCUSSING ARE CESAR SANTOS, DR. OMAYRA TORESS, PROFESSOR LUDOVIC LEBLANC, KATE, ALEX, AND NADIA. THEY ALL HAVE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES OF THE NATIVES AND ALL OF THEIR PERSPECTIVES DIFFER FROM ONE ANOTHER.

PROFESSOR LEBLANC CESAR SANTOS AND DR. OMAYRA TORESS ALL HAVE THE SAME PERSPECTIVES OF THE NATIVES. THEY THINK THAT THE NATIVES ARE REALLY BAD PEOPLE. THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE EVEN KNOWN AS PEOPLE. THAT’S WHAT PROFESSOR LEBLANC TOLD ALEX WHEN THEY WERE ON THE SHIP ON THEIR WAY TO THE AMAZON. AND CESAR AND DR. OMAYRA AS YOU KNO AGREED WITH HIM.

ALEX DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN HE ARRIVED TO THE AMAZON. HE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE A BUNCH OF NATIVES IN WHICH HE HAD ALREADY THOUGHT WERE BAD PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THE INFORMATION THAT PROFESSOR LEBLANC AND THE OTHERS SHARED WITH HIM. BUT HE WAS WRONG BECAUSE HE HAD A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE FROM THE REST. HIS PERSPECTIVE WAS SIMILAR WITH NADIA.

NADIA WAS A PERSON WHO LIVED IN THE AMAZON AND SHE WAS A NATIVE AMERICAN. SHE WAS FAR FROM WHAT ALEX EXPECTED. ALEX EXPECTED THE NATIVES TO BE VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS BUT HE COULDN’T HELP BUT TO THINK THAT WAY BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT HE WAS TOLD FROM THE PROFESSOR.

WHEN NADIA AND ALEX BECAME BESTFRIENDS HE ACTUALLY NEW WHAT THE NATIVES WERE ACTUALLY VERY FUN TO HANG AROUND. SO HE KNEW THAT HE HAD A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE FROM THE OTHERS BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY LIKED THE INDIANS. AND SO DID NADIA BECAUSE SHE WAS AN INDIAN. KATE DIDN’T REALLY HAVE NO PERSPECTIVE OF INDIANS BECAUSE SHE IS JUST A BITTER OLD WOMAN.

THESE PERSPECTIVES FROM ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT PEOPLE COULD RESULT IN CLASHES. THEIR COULD BE MANY CLASHES IN THE AMAZON. STARTING WITH THE PEOPLE WHO LIKE THE INDIANS AND THE PEOPLE WHO DON’T LIKE THEM. THEY WOULD DEFINENTLY HAVE CLASHES BECAUSE ONE LIKES THE INDIANS AND THE OTHER DOESN’T AND THAT CAN RESULT IN ARGUMENTS.

SO WHAT IM BASICALLY TRYING TO SAY IS THAT EVERYONE IN THE AMAZON HAS DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES OF IT AND THAT CAN MOST DEFINENTLY RESULT IN BAD THINGS LIKE ARGUMENS AND RIOTS. THAT’S WHAT BASICALLY HAPPENS IN THE BOOK SO FAR ABOUT THE PERSPECTIVES OF THE NATIVES

Cesar Santos, Professor Leblanc and Dr. Omayra all think the same way about Indians. When Alex asked a question, basically they all thought the same thing. The experience that happened with one of the soldiers just made everything worse. Nadia is an Indian. But she acted differently. Everyone had a different point of view towards Indians.

Cesar Santos, Professor Leblanc and Dr. Omayra think the same way about Indians. The Indians are cruel people. They are mean. Leblanc says “The Indians are cannibals; they not only eat their enemies, they eat the dead of their own tribe.” This is what Professor Leblanc thinks of the Indians.

Alex asked Ludovic Leblanc about the Indians. Alex asked “Which is worse, the Indians or the Beast?” Then when Dr. Omayra heard the conversation, she came in. She disagrees with what Leblanc answered to Alex. Then there was a argument between the Professor and the Dr.

Dr. Omayra says that she has never heard that the Indians “eat the dead of their own tribe.” There argument was on whether Indians kill to get women. Dr. Omayra Torres was opposing. Professor Leblanc agreed and said “Indians kill to get women.” Then Cesar Santos interrupted.

Cesar Santos shared his opinion. He said that women couldn’t be forced against there will. But the point being, all three of them believed that Indians where harsh/cruel in some kind of way. Alex wasn’t sure what to think.

Nadia is Indian. But she is the total opposite of what Alex “thought” Indians were. She couldn’t even shot a pistol. How could she be capable of killing and eating of her own tribe? As everyone states.

Overall there is definantly a cultural clash. Nadia is Indian and everyone has a bad mind about Indians. So there are going to be bad looks towards Nadia and her father. It’s going to be like stereotypical. This is because some people think that Indians are mean and cannibals. But obviously Nadia doesn’t seem that way.

The Perceptions of the native Indians to everyone is they think they are bad. They did not feel good vibes around them. For one to many people died because of the Indians. They do not feel like they can trust them. And they never know what can occur with the Indians. So everyone feels that they have to be cautious around them.

For example Alex when he was around the Indians he was not scared at first. He actually felt I would not say comfortable but safe. But when he started to go on the journey in the woods he became intimidated. He never really experienced death right in front of him. He did not act scared but he just became more on guard.

Nadia her perception of the Indians was she loved them. She loved to communicate with them and help them out if she can. And she always does what she can with the Indians to help them, and it works out. But then she got scared when people started dying like everyone else. But I think she still likes the Indians.

Well Kate I think that her perception to the Indians is that she probably knew they were bad. She probably knew how some of the acted. And you can tell from the beginning of the story how they were. When you see them always holding spears and fighting one another. So I think that she had a good idea how they were.

Cesar Santos, Dr. Omayra Torres, and Ludovic Leblanc saw the Indians as people who were scary. They knew who they were to. That is why they told everyone to stick together. Or not to go out to far after dark because it can get dangerous. So to me they say the Indians as people they had to watch.

To me I think that the Indians were people who did what they had to do. They probably killed to protect themselves. Their tribe is really small and they have to be very cautious. So I think that they are scared for the safety of themselves. And they are really crazy now with the beast their.

In conclusion I think that the cultural clash will enhance. The reason is when they are done finding the beast. The Indians will start to get bigger and bigger. And I think that will be good for them. The reason is they will not die out. And all the Indians will like the fact that the culture for the Indians have expanded.

The perseptions of the Native Indians is that they are cruel and scary. They do not feel a good feeling about them or good vibes. Because too many people have died because of the cause of the Indians. From the blow dart on the boat to the situations that might happen later on. So everyone feels that they should be cautios and alert.

As one of my example Alex. The first time he has entered into the Amazons he didn't feel afraid. He didn't even feel comfortable, but he felt safe by the looks of the surroundings. But later one he sees a person die right in front and near him. He has never experienced anything like that. So my opinion is that he might be a little afraid of some certain Indians.

Nadia also have perseptions of the Indians because she loves them. She always try to find a way to help the Indians in any way as she can. And whenever she does help them some good things happen for the better. But later on she starts to get nervous as more and more people die around her. But she still loves the Indians.

To my opinion Kate had a perseption is that she already knew that they were bad in the first place. She probably knew how some of them might act. And you to while reading this book is that they are very dangerous. By them holding there spears and shooting poisonous darts at their enemies. So she feels some bad vibes towards tem.

Dr.Omayra said that she has never heard that the Indians eat and devour their fellow tribesmen when they die. Then with the Indians will kill to get a women from their tribe. There was later an argument to see if it was true. She later opposed to those opinions. The Professor Agrees that they do such thing. So that tells you what the perceptions of him.

For my only opinion is that the Indians were people who had to do what they had to do to survive. They probably kill to protect themselves and others. Sice their tribe is really small and not enough protection to go around. So they have to be very cautious whenever they have a chance. So I think they are scared for the safety for themselves.

Now with my final conclusion there is definantly is a cultural clash. Since Nadia is Indian but everyone thinks that the Indians are bad and cruel. So that makes Nadia and her father have a bad reputation for them. It's going to be stereotypical. Because some people think that Indians are mean and cannibals. But obviouly Nadia doesn't have any of those characteristics.bX-hzj2o6

Nadia was an Indian and she acted differently. That because she was an Indian, and she live around Indians. And she did what they did. To me I think that Indian was pretty cool. Because they live in the rainforest and they live with all them bugs and animals. Its pretty cool to see how a people can work under areas like that.

But Cesar Santos and Professor Ceblacs don’t like the Indians. Also Dr.Amayna thinks the same way. Because they probably are very ignorant and are not open minded. And when Alex asked they a question they all asked in the same ignorant way. But maybe that the other thing they know about.

Alex really thought it would been a bunch of natives sitting around or chasing cattle. But he was totally wrong. The natives was probably just like him but different in some ways. that’s what I got from the that part of the story.

Some people would call Nadia a dummy . Because she didn’t know how to hold a shotgun. People did believe that she could be capable of killing someone or something. That because we are trying.

The Indians were smart people but the was very ignorant just like the others. So they felt the some way about the Americans. And because the misleading ideas TV give to me. Its was a very important learn what is right and wrong and both group on people.

So t think the point of view of both groups of people are very slow. Because they don’t really know about each other, So they jump to conclusion and make up t=what they think about them, Because maybe they don’t know what to think.

All in all we all make up things to fill in the blanks .Of the things we don’t know about. It is crazy but its when we do. But it something that is very interesting, I think because we just don’t know about some things.

When many people mention native indians the first thing that may come to their minds is that they are bad people. They feel as though when they are around you should be very alert with your surroundings. They were not trusted by many people because of their reputation from the past.

There was a character from the story name Nadia which was an indian. She loved her indians and looked at them very differently than others. I think the reason to that was because that was her own kind. Nadia loved to help her indians no matter what.

The way that Alex probably felt about them was kind of scary. Which was because of the things that he have witnessed with them. When he witnessed the death he felt some type of way because he never was around that but then he got over it.

Cesar Santos and Professor Ceblacs didnt like the indians what so ever. That was probably because of how they acted. They were rude in a way and they were ignorant. They wasnt the type of people you can be cool with. They had a bad attitude as if they didnt like talking or what not.

The way that Kate probably felt about the indians was probably no hard feelings. I feel this way because of the type of person she is. She have a indian mentality. She is kind of cold-hearted and have no sympathy. So she probably felt no type of way about the indians.

I cant really say to much about the indians but that how ever they treated others that is how they should be treated. I dont know the history of how indians treated others so i have not much to say. But from my perspectives is that indians were mean people. They showed no feelings and were rude.

In Conclusion, everyones has their own opinion on the indians. Whatever they heard about the indians past or was told thats what they will live with. Many people never even experienced life with indians they are just hearing this from others. Its maybe others who have experienced life with them. But from what i know and heard I dont know about how life would be like if i had to live with them or around them.

  9. Cesar Santos and professor Leblanc both felt the same way about the indians. Kate really didnt know how she felt about the indians untill one of the soldiers died on the boat. Also she thought that she will never see her grandson alex again since they got kidnapped. How does nadia feel about the idians is different from the rest. Why because she been with indians before and is treated like family when shes around them.

Nadia know several languages that she learned while she was with the indians. Alex really thought that there would be lots of indians sitting around or out chasing cattles. Now that he saw a soldier get killed by a indian. He was surprised and he knew that what Walamai said to him was true. The words that Walamia said was "most of the team members will die looking for the beast".

What i think might happen to the group is they are going to get attacked by the indians. but what happened was that alex and nadia got kidnapped by the indians. the indians were called the people of the mist.they were takened i think because they liked the melody that alex was playing in his flute. they had to put alex to sleep by hitting him for then he doesnt have to scream.

they knew he would had scream to his grandmother because he never been kidnapped. for example if someone took me i would do the samething or try to fight back for then maybe i can get away. I think Dr. Omayra thought the indians were scary. why i think she thinks that is because she seened what they been doing to them. BUt Dr. Omayra is a strong women who can handle the amazon.

She didnt want to go back to with the people that went back to the city. she wanted to stay because she wanted to know more about the indians. thats why Cesar Santos stayed because what ever Dr. Omayra do. he will try his best to be with her.

To me i think the indians are crazy. they dont care about people. they just care about themselves and how many people they killed for they canget the girls. if i was in alex situation i would have went backy to the city. im not risking my lfe over something that might not even be real which im talking about the beast.

In conclusion mostly everyone has there own opinion. they believe what they see and they saw that the indians will kill. Nadia is an indian and they think indians are bad and crazy. but she has a different opinion. BUt from what i read, i wouldnt live a life in the amazon with indians surrounding me waiting for the right chance to kill me.
