In the essay question it states that how does Alex's relationship with the environment of Arizona, New York, and the Amazons reflect the central idea of Isabel Allenda's book. Well it is difficult to do that because each book is taken place in a different time period. But there are some characteristic.
First Alex is sometimes like to be called being the man in the house, he is to wimpy for it so his father is. In Troy Alastors mother is so strict and people even said that she is evil and that she sometimes takes his place as a man. That must be embarrasing ans since Alex is the only boy in the house he has extra responsible.
Next is that in New York you have to trust only yourself when you are by yourself. Alex had to be an idiot to let a girl use his money to get in the bus. So he lost a little bit of his money. And worse when he was in the bathroom washing his infected hand she took his bookbag. In the book Troy it sound like the same thing. You can't trust nobody or they will take advantage of you.
Also while he was in New York he had to get theree to his Grandmothers apartment by foot. And he did that in the winter cold of it. But luckily he knew where she was at, but I dont know how he did that. In ancient Greece thwy didn't have directions or maps. They had to use their knowledge or just keep walking until they get there.
In the Amazons Alex had to use his wits because he in the jungle. But he was surrounded by exotice creatures and exciting trees and plants. But he also had to survive by pay attention to his new friend Nadia who knew about it. In Troy there was no exotic places just that they was surrouned by sand and a little bit of trees. And not that much interesting animals anyway.
Also in the Amazons Alex had a spiritual connection with an animal. It was a Black Jaguar. And ever since that happened Nadia always called him Jaguar. But in the city of Troy they didnt believe in spiritual connections with any organism. Only some of the gods had that ability like Athena her animal was an owl.
So any way there is no characteristics and differences between two books with different environment. With Alex having a connection with a jaguar and in Tro there was no certain animal to have a connectioon except with a horse only to try to ride it. Alex has many different clashes. He has experienced being in Arizona. Also in New York and now the Amazon. He likes Arizona. When he was living there he liked his school and his friends. But there is a reason he moved to New York with his grandmother.
His mother, Lisa Cold, is suffering from cancer. So Alex’s father, John Cold must take his wife to a hospital in Texas that is specializing in cancer. Alex’s sisters are sent to live with their grandmother. And Alex is stuck with Kate.
Kate is Alex’s grandmother. She is a cold woman. Like that is the impression she gives. She was suppose to pick up Alex from the airport and she didn’t. Alex waited for her and she never arrived. Alex didn’t want to go live with her because he doesn’t like her attitude.
When Alex arrived in New York, like I said before, he waited for hours for his grandmother. She never arrived. Then he met this girl named Morgana. She smoked weed. She gave out a mean, tough, lonely girl impression. She offered to take Alex to his grandmother’s house.
Alex had to pay for her bus fare because supposedly she lost her wallet. Or someone stole it. She was lying though. Also they went to get some thing to eat. Alex said he had to go to the bathroom. So he went and while he was splashing water on his face, Morgana came into the bathroom and stole his backpack. In there he had money, his flute and that was all he had.
He attempted to go look for her. But it was no help. She was gone. He was in New York with no money. But luckily he had his passport and she didn’t steal that. Alex walked and walked. He made his way to his grandmother’s house.
His parents, especially his dad, forced him to go with Kate. When Alex finds out he has to go to the Amazon with her, which takes away even more him wanting to be with her. But while they are in the Amazon he discovers new things. He eats things that he doesn’t even know the name of. He experiences new things. Like for example when Walimai talks with this guy while they are in the jungle. She sees his wife which is a ghost, a spirit. Walimai can talk to and see spirits that no one else can.

In the book "city of the beast" Alex have to face many challenges.Alex is the main charcter in the book. He is first upset because he mother is sick and have to seperate. Alex out of them all have to go spend his summer with his grandmother's kate.She is not the type of person you would want to see. She is tuff-loving and hard to get along with.
Alex life in Arizon was much more easier because he was use to his surroundings.He didnt need anybody to help him,because he was born in arizona and he had friend that he could depend on. Now he cant even spend his summer with them.
Alex was new to everything in New York. He had never been there before and didnt know anybody there except his grandmother. She was not there to help him in this situation and probably if she was should would not have helped him.
While Alex was in New York he didnt know what to do after his grandmother didnt not show. All he had was and address. He thought he made a friend but she wound up stealing all of his things when we wasnt around. Alex should have been more careful.
His so called friend(Morgana) took everything he had besides what he had in his pocket. Alex lost the most valuable thing to him, his flute. Alex was very strong because he didnt want his grandmother to think he was weak.
After his long day Alex arrived at his grandmothers building late at nite and to his suprise his grandmother was waiting but didnt wait it to be so obvious because of how mean she is to him. Alex had to adjust to her apartment, it was much different from what he called home in Arizona.
In the Amazon alex was in a totally different world ,from the bugs to sleeping in tents and little creatures such as worms. He was not use to that at all. Everyone was differnt than alex, they even dressed different. In conclusion Alex always has to put on a show for his grandmother Kate.

Alex’s relationship with the environment of New York and the Amazon. Reflects the central theme of the story is it is dealing with the beast. The beast that is in the Amazon is really what the theme revolves around. But Alex his relationship in New York is not all that good. Now that he has all problems that are dealing with his family.
But his relationship in the Amazon is not too good. He does not like the fact that he is surrounded by things he doesn’t like. For example he does not like the bugs that they have there. Or he does not like the fact that they have food that he does not like. He is basically having a bad time there.
Also with the environment of New York Alex did not have a good time. Even before he got to his grandmother apartment he did not have a good time. He experienced getting robbed and lost at the same time. But by him going to the Amazon was just icing on the cake. So Alex experiences are like the theme of the story also.
And the Amazon and New York is the theme of the story, because of what they are doing. They are looking for the beast just to see if it is real or a hoax. But I would compare the story to Alex he is like a beast that is about to explode. He has to get use to many things whether he wants to or not. And he basically has no saying in this.
I think that everything that is happening to Alex is a lesson. Even though it might be a little harsh to him. It is helping him become a man. So that he can be better prepared for situations that he is possibly in. I think that he be prepared now than when he is grown up. The reason would be it would be really hard for him. And he would not know what to do.
So I think that even though Alex is having a bad time it is good for him. I just look at it as tough love, and I think that Alex needs it because he is kind of soft. And things like this will help him with things that he is having problems with in the future. So I think that Alex needs all of this.

We had an essay question to answer on how does alex relationship with the environment of Arizona, New York, and the Amazons reflect the central idea of Isabel Allenda's book. I would say that it is a lot of characteristics the only thing is they were in different settings. You really half to look at it as a question that is expository not a question were you only can write a couple line it’s a good question.
First Alex sometimes he likes to be called the man in the house, he is to soft for it so his father is. In Troy Alastors mother is so mean and people even said that she is evil and that she sometimes takes his place as a man witch is not right. That must be embarrasing since Alex is the only boy in the house he has extra responsible so he has to work harder.
In the Amazons Alex had to use his wits because he in the jungle. But he was surrounded by exotice creatures and exciting trees and plants. Alex's relationship with the three different environment do effect the main idea of the theme. A theme is the central of discourse or discussion. Through out the story thus far Alex has been in Arizona, New York and now the Amazon. All three locations have different characteristics about them.
Arizona is more of a dry area that has close to a little bit of rain. the temperatures vary from 40 degrees to 60 degrees. In relation to the story, Alex and his family is from Arizona. It's where he and his sisters grew up. During the beginning of the story in Arizona.
Then the second setting was in New York. The New York setting was in relation to the event where Alex had to go there to be with his Grandma Kate. His grandmother lives in New York and it is also where he had went for the first time by himself where he also encountered many learning experiences. He had gotten robbed his first day and learned from it. Then he managed to get where he was going with out much help and without any money.
The last setting thus far is the Amazon. The Amazon is a tropical rain forest. It was said to have heavy rainfalls and continuous high temperatures. The Amazon was also said to be the home of many Indian cultures. Partially why they are going there in the first place.
The relationship he has could bee how he still manages to adapt to each of the different locations under a period of time. He went from the comfort of his home in Arizona to the brittle harshness of New York to an unknown environment as the Amazon. Between the 3 different locations he managed to get used to it. From home to NY, he got used to the cold weather and the tiny comfort of his grandmother's home. And then from there to being on a boat with limited things that he liked.
The theme does play a major part in this story and how Alex's character acts throughout it. On this journey they're on, they will keep learning. Alex being the 2nd youngest Nadia being the 1st, she still know a lot about the Amazon. But Alex is still learning making this expedition a big learning experience for his life.
In closing the environment does reflect the central theme. It shows how by each minor thing he does or place he goes he learns something new that'll benefit him in the end. If a person was to go else where, somewhere they haven't been before and they learn something the outcome will benefit them. In this story everywhere they have gone so far is a step up to how much they are learning.

To me Alex has lots of different clashes in the book. The kid had to experienced being in Arizona. Then from there to New York after that he’s in the great Amazon. As he was living in Arizona he enjoyed every thing there was even more his school and his friends. Then reality struck and he had to moved to New York to live with his grandmother..
He became isolated. Because he had no choice the old lady that she was , was extreamly cold .Seems as she had no emotion .The way she was like a brick wall , “you get nothing out of her “ no affection .Alex had to travel to live with her . But the cold bitter lady didn’t even go pick him up at the air port . How curl is that coming from a grandmother . He waited and waited some more she had became a no show . One major thing was that alex didn’t want to live with her . In fact he didn’t even like her attitude .
Sadly theres a point in the text where they state that his mother was curntley suffering from cancer . Then he options was his dad . But hes dad had to take her to the hospital which was located in texas ..Which is like the center that focuses on cancer . So that left alex alone his sisters had whent to live with there grandmother but he was simply isolated with kate . Hints the reason like I stated above where he has to live with the lady .
But more the less he arrives in New York . Waits impatiently for his grandmother to show . She never arrived not even attempted While waiting in the air port .he met this chick who went by the named Morgana. Not one of the best influential people there is . Because she happens to smoke . Not just any thing but weed. One thing she did was give out this weird signal which was like a mean, tough, lonely girl impression kind of depressing . After his wait she had suggested to take alex to his grandmothers house since she wasn’t showing up

He paid for both bus fares then got a bite to eat . While alex went to use the rest room she took his book bag . The only thing he had . Which he had money in , she robbed him blind . When he came out he was in shock clearly she used him and robbed him. He tried to look for her but that help at all .
While looking he had to give up. It’s a big city what were the odds of him finding hers again . Point blank she was gone lyk the wind. So he was left in the big city with no money whats so ever . Alex was left alone walking to his grandmothers house . Walking for hours all he had was his pass port to his name that’s pretty much it but what can that do for any one . So hes destination at this point was to travel to his grandmothers house.
The kid clearly didn’t want to go. But his dad forced him . She tells alex that there both going to the amazon . But while they are in the Amazon he discovers new things. He learns different ways of life . Its more of a reality check . An eye opener . Every thing is different for him because her is this kid who comes from a city life . Then entering a jungle which is bananas for him at first . He meets people there but then again he has people who dislike him . Which is another major clash .

Alex has many clashes in this book. He goes from Arizona in which is a place that he really loves then he has to go to new York to live with his grandmother, then even worse than that he has to go to the great Amazon with his grandmother. Alex is not use to all of these things so there are a lot of cultural clashes.
In Arizona Alex was just use to being safe he never stepped out of the box. He practically never got hurt. He just loved being around his friends and going to school with them until one day his father had forced him to go live with his grandmother because he had to take Alex’s mother to a hospital in Texas.
Alex didn’t want to move with his grandmother at all because she was never protective she would let anything happen to him. But he had to catch a flight to New York by himself. When he had got there he was waiting for his grandmother to pick him up but she never arrived. That was the beginning of a horrible life for Alex.
Being as though his grandmother didn’t show up he had to catch the bus. He didn’t know where he was going but all he knew was that he had to get there. Before he even arrived to his grandmother’s house he had gotten his backpack stolen from this girl that he met named Morgana. Then he got a snip of how New York was going to be.
But before he even got to stay another day in New York he had to go to the Amazon. He didn’t want to go to the Amazon because there were a lot of things there that he didn’t like especially the animals. He wasn’t looking forward to this trip at all, all he was looking forward to was to just go home and be back with his family. But he had no choice but to go to the Amazon.
As soon as he had got their he didn’t like it already because it was too hot. He had never been in a place that was so hot before. Not only was it hot but there was also bugs everywhere so Alex had rolled his jeans up and he even sprayed bug spray all over them so that he wouldn’t attract them. He should not have done that.
The only reason why he did it was because he wasn’t use to all of those things that he was adapting to. Btu he had to get use to it sooner or later. Even if he had cultural clashes with the Amazon he was going to have to get use to it one way or another.

In The book City of the Beast Alex is a 15 year old boy who's mother is suffering from an illness. So his mom is going to a hospital far out and he has to move with his grandmother Kate in New York. Alex doesnt really want to move with her. She is someone that is kind of cold hearted, I would say. She isnt someone he would like to be with.
So Alex isnt such a big fan of the Amazon because he doesnt like the food, nor the bugs that around. But he learned to adapt from the three places has been. Even though he didnt like where he was at and who he was with, he still managed to deal with it.
Alex probaby didnt want to move with his grandmother because she didnt take control of him. When he arrived in New York to go to her house she wasnt even there. So he made friends with this stranger name Morgana. He thought she was nice but when he went to the bathroom, she wind up taking all his things.
The amazon is like a tropical place. So a tropical place can be very hot, colorful with a variety of fruits. Its never cold around there, it may get a little breezy, but not cold. It would be affected if it was cold because then it would affect the fruits.
The Amazon jungle was simply known as the beast. He is rumored to have a city. Thats where the title comes from. I Think thats how it affects the central theme of the book. The grandmother was sent to find the beast. The beast is known to kill or paralyze those who smell it.
The jungle is filled with many vicious animals. Alex is pretty excited about the trip. Thats because he knows a couple of things about it. In school he has been learning about the effects of civilization encroaching on the rain forest and the damage being caused to both its human and nonhuman inhabitants.
In conclusion, if i was in Alex's shoes i dont know how i would have handled all these situations. I dont think i would be excited about the trip because its kind of dangerous. With a grandmother like Kate you wont be surprised what can happen. Its just as if your watching yourself. I Think that Alex is dealing with situations just fine.

Alex is the main Character in the story City Of Beasts. Environment is all the external factors influencing the life and activities of people, plants, and animals. Theme is the subject of a discourse, discussion, piece of writing, or artistic composition. The theme affects the central idea of the story because the theme is adventurous. The theme is adventurous because the book is about an adventure.
Alex and his grandmother went on a trip to the rain forest. His grandmother Kate was an adventurous woman. In the story her character seemed adventurous. She used to tell her Grand kids stories about all of her travels. It seems like Alex does not travel as much as his grandmother.
Because Kate traveled so much she was use to environment changes. She seemed like she could live in any kind of terrain. She traveled around the world a lot. When she traveled she would write in her journal about her travels. When on the adventure with her grandson Kate did not speak to him a lot.
When Alex got to New York to meet his grandmother she did not pick him up from the air port. The reason she did this is because she wanted her grandson to know what it felt like to be in the wild. She wanted Alex to be aware of his surroundings. She also did this because if Alex gets lost in the rain forest he will have somewhat of an idea on how to find his way back.
In New York Alex had adapted to his surroundings very well. Once he got off the plane and noticed his grandmother wasn’t there he did not panic. The reason he did not panic is because he did not want his family to think he acted like a girl. The only way he got to his grandmother’s house is by a address that she had given him. The only thing he did wrong was trusted someone he did not really know. Because he trusted the girl he got robbed for all of his stuff.
In the Amazon Alex did not adapt well. He was not use to the living of the Amazon people. One thing I think that bothered him was the amount of misquotes. Another thing I think that bothered Alex was the food that was served. He did not like eating the monkey because he said it looked like a fried baby. I think he will not enjoy the rainforest.
As you can see Alex did not adapt well everywhere he went. The only place he adapted to was New York. The only reason I think he adapted to New York is because it was Americanized. The Amazon was a different terrain. Alex was not use to the Amazon. As you can see how Alex adapts with his enviorment.

Alex is the main of the book, He goes to life with his grandmother. Because his mother has cancer and his father needs to put his attention on his mother. So he goes to live with his grandmother Kate. Relationship is a significant connection or similarity between two or more things, or the state of being related to something else. Arizona is a place in New York.
The Amazon is a rainforest which is a located in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, and the French Guiana. There are a lot of things Alex are as odds with in The book. First he goes from living with hiss family and be happy, to living with his heavy-drinking grandmother Kate. Which loves to teach life lesson which really means that she left him at the airplane. Which I think really sucks.
Alex lives in Arizona and as we all know Arizona is like something like a country area. Like it has farm and everything. But then he moves to New York And as all know New York is a City. It has a lot of cars and buildings. And New York is way different from Arizona.
Then when you go from New York to the Amazon Rainforest. You have to very different between to places. Now you are putting to different things together. So the Amazon Rainforest is hot with insects a lot trees. But New York has a lot of buildings and cars and a lot of people.
But in The Amazon is a little bit of people. Like tribes and groups. So if you used to having a lot of people around. Then you will started to pretty much lose your mind. Well that what I think would happen from you which area that are so very different..
As soon as Alex got to the Amazon Rainforest he wanted to go back. Not back to New York Back to Arizona. When he lived with his mother and father and sisters and all the pets they had. But he has to stay in the Amazon Rainforest with his heavy-drinking grandmother Kate.
Well that how Alex’s areas are linked together. But they are also different in the same way they are linked. You just want to look and can how they are and are not.

The book city of the beasts is about a young fiften yesr old boy that had to go to newyork with his grandmother. he had to do this because his mother had cancer and his father had to take care of her. the boys name is alex. and alex is the main character of the book. alex grandmother who works in geography took him to the amazon with her even though he didnt want to do.
alex's grandmother took him there againist his will because she wanted him to be stronger and become a man. the amazon was very nasty. it was very hot. an there were bugs everywhere. and even though the people who were oringinally from the amazon wore barely anything alex who was from a completely different place wore boots and long socks.
Alex is origanally from a very country type of area. that is very comfortable. and small. he is from arizona. he loved where he lived and was very comfortable with his friends and family.and even though his father was around he liked to sometimes be called the man of the house.
When alex go to newyork his grandmother did not pick him up from the air port and he had to walk to her apartment. while he was walking to her appartment he really experieced some of the things that happens in newyork and how it is different from where he is origanally from. like the weather it was very different from arizona. also the people like when someone who he thought was his friend stole his back pack.
When alex got to the amazon he really didnt like it. and really wanted to leave he meet a freind there and she showed him around the amazon. and even though he was getting a little use to it he still didnt like it mostly because of the conditions like the insects and the weather. but soon he began to get more tough in the amazon.
Alex really loved where he was from. and he was very comfortable there. he really dint like new york. and even more than that he really didnt like the amazon. i think that alex would have rather stayed in newyork city than had went to the amazon. but at the amazon he began to become a man.
In conclusion, the relationship alex had with arizon,newyork,and the amazon reflected on the central idea of the city of the beast because it showed that each place alex went he began to get tougher and that s what his grandmother wanted all along. i think that in arizona everything was very easy for him. but now since he got out a really experienced somethings alex really began to act as a man.

In the essay question it states that how does Alex's relationship with the environment of Arizona, New York, and the Amazons reflect the central idea of Isabel Allenda's book. Well it is difficult to do that because each book is taken place in a different time period. But there are some characteristic.
alex's grandmother took him there againist his will because she wanted him to be stronger and become a man. the amazon was very nasty. it was very hot. an there were bugs everywhere. and even though the people who were oringinally from the amazon wore barely anything alex who was from a completely different place wore boots and long socks.
Alex probaby didnt want to move with his grandmother because she didnt take control of him. When he arrived in New York to go to her house she wasnt even there. So he made friends with this stranger name Morgana. He thought she was nice but when he went to the bathroom, she wind up taking all his things.
Also in the Amazons Alex had a spiritual connection with an animal. It was a Black Jaguar. And ever since that happened Nadia always called him Jaguar. But in the city of Troy they didnt believe in spiritual connections with any organism. Only some of the gods had that ability like Athena her animal was an owl.. This part of the story reminded me of the movie appocalypto I sat that because they were from the amazon and the son was called the black jaguar because he was becoming stronger and stronger.
The jungle is filled with many vicious animals. Alex is pretty excited about the trip. Thats because he knows a couple of things about it. In school he has been learning about the effects of civilization encroaching on the rain forest and the damage being caused to both its human and nonhuman inhabitants.
His so called friend(Morgana) took everything he had besides what he had in his pocket. Alex lost the most valuable thing to him, his flute. Alex was very strong because he didnt want his grandmother to think he was weak.
In closing the environment does reflect the central theme. It shows how by each minor thing he does or place he goes he learns something new that'll benefit him in the end. If a person was to go else where, somewhere they haven't been before and they learn something the outcome will benefit them. In this story everywhere they have gone so far is a step up to how much they are learning.

The Amazon is a river in Brazil leaving all the house and villages surrounded by water. New York is where Alex’s grandmother lives and he had to find her house all by himself. Arizona is the place where Alex’s mother is going to get treatment for her sickness. Theses three place reflect the main theme of the story by telling all the problems that he had along the way in till he gets to the Amazon.
His relationship in New York was really bad because he wasn’t use to the cold because in California it was always hot. When he waited a few hours in the air port his grandmother never came to pick him to take him to her house so he left on his own. He met a strange women who likes weed and thought she was a little crazy. When they went to a restaurant he went to the bathroom he took his eye of his bag for just a second the crazy girl stole his back pack with his money and clothes in it. He had to find Kate all by himself and almost cried because of how different New York is and that relationship was bad.
The relationship that he has with Arizona is that his mother is going and he wants to go with them but he cant. He doesn’t want to go to New York with his crazy mother he rather go with them to the over heated state. He had no choice but to go to New York with his Grandmother. Alex wished that at least he could go with his sisters to Johns mothers place instead. Alex was scared to se his grandmother Kate after what she had done to her.
The relationship that he has with the Amazon is even worse because he doesn’t like the bug that try to bite him. He doesn’t like the fried monkey brain that they try to make him eat. He doesn’t like the fact that people in the Amazon are sometimes naked when he has to see women’s breasts. He doesn’t want to where sandals because he is afraid that he will damage his feet with the hard rock ground. Alex doesn’t even want to be there because its not the environment that he is use to that’s; how it expresses the theme of the story.
Everything that is happening to Alex with the drama he has at home and with his grandmother is to transform him into a strong man. So that he can think for himself instead of being watched after like a little baby. He has to grow up as an independent young man in the future. That’s what his grandmother is trying to teach him and that’s how the environment ties all into that.
He needs to stop crying and pouting because eventually he will have his own life too. His parents are not going to live with him forever so that’s why he has to prepare for the future through all these obstacles that he is facing. He needs to start being a man and not go backwards like a baby, and think on his own.
Last thought I would like to say is that the environment in the story helps him be strong and over come problem. That’s what life is all about and it will make you stronger to become into a man. That’s what Alex is going through right now and he needs to just accept, and keep on trying by himself with no ones helps

Essay Question :
How does Alex's relationship with the environment of Arizona, New York and the Amazon reflect the central theme of Isabel Allende's book?
Alex is the main character in City of the Beast by Isabel A. Evironment is where you surround yourself at. Central Theme is the main theme of any book, essay, movie etc. Alot of books have a central theme to the plot of the story. Alex's relationship w. the enviro. of Arizona, New York, & Amazon reflects the centrel theme of Isabel A. book because it shows how he had adapt in all them so he can have a stable life.
Alex's relationship w. the enviro. of Arizona was kind of unstable. He had alot of bad things that were happening. There was alot of domestic violence, unrulely brothers & sisters etc. He wasn't able to function in the way we could. He felt that he had to do everything on his own.
Alex's relationship w. NYC was very different. He had to deal w. a whole different climate than in Arizona. When he arrived in NYC, he felt out of place. He wasnt't there for a while. He acted like its the same way in Arizona than in New York. But, he saw that it was very different. He realized that he would have to change some things in the way he handles situations.
His environment reflects the central theme of this story because it shows how he got to do adapt in all those's environments to have a stable life. He has went throught alot of things to even be able to be alive in the Amazon. Without the things he did , he wouldn't have found his totemic animal in which is first a jaguar and then later founded out a bird/eagle. He has went throught alot to get where he is today.
I feel like he didn't really like being at certain environments that in which he was in. Especially in New York , he didn't really know how to treat things and react to things that was going on in his surroundings. Such as , the girl who jumped to meet Alex when she didn't really know him , the lost of his bookbag because of laying it down etc. He was all alone in New York and didnt really know how to go about it. In the Amazon it was still hard to manage the surroundings around him because it isn't like America at all . W/ the help of his grandmother through out the whole journey of the Amazon , he could manage his self a little bit better. But it just shows us how some people can't adapt to every environment or situation that they might be faced with.
In Conclusion , I feel that Alex is a good man but doesn't know how to deal w. many sitatuions that he is faced with. That isn't good in most cases . But this book centrals theme is the Amazon & how to deal w. sitations that come our way. The environments helped the central theme because this book gave a good amount of environments and surroundings he was in & showed how he went about most of the situations he was in. This can help us realize that you got to change your old habits whenever you move into another city or state because not all cities / states are the same.
